Free browser tools, guides, and a proper About/Contact/changelog

• The whole toolset — Cost Guide, recipe costing, sales, purchasing, inventory, and settings — now runs for free with no account, entirely in your browser, under /free-tools. Nothing is uploaded; export a backup file whenever you want a copy or want to move your data into an account.
• Backups now cover everything: downloading a backup (from Settings, or the free tools' Backup page) includes your Inventory tracking and your whole Sales log alongside the Cost Guide, Recipes, and settings. Restoring brings all of it back, and older backup files still restore fine.
• New Guides section: practical write-ups on building and maintaining a cost guide, costing recipes, and reading food cost %.
• New About page covering who builds Food Cost Guide and why.
• New Contact page — the support form on its own page, reachable without an account.
• New Support the project page (Ko-fi) for people who use the free, no-account tools.
• One consistent sidebar navigation for every visitor, replacing the old top bar — with Guides and Contact always reachable.
• This changelog, linked from the footer.
• Terms of Service and Privacy Policy updated to cover the no-account tools, the contact form, and Ko-fi.
